Executive Summary

Organizations over the world spend a year or two setting up their CMMS. They spend huge amounts of money for not only buying the software (or rental of the service) but also lots of time. Most organizations use hardly 30% of their CMMS. This is mainly because they didn\\\'t have sufficient time to complete the installation, didn\\\'t spend enough on support, no time, don\\\'t understand documentation, vendor doesn\\\'t understand the business to provide enough help, and more. Hence, it is important for CMMS vendors to learn to use their systems well and then teach the people how to use it, generate actual returns on investment and other programs that will improve delivery of maintenance and ultimately the final product.
